Ocean Side - $299 per night. $399 per night from December 15th through January 15th

Mountain Side - $199 per night. $299 per night from December 15th through January 15th

There is a 13.962% state tax add to the above charges.

25% down to hold a reservation, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning fee: $150. Fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. Personal Checks accepted.

We book on a first deposit, first booked basis, so we recommend overnighting your check or paying via PayPal using the button below.

Check in time is 3pm.

Check out time is 11am.

Cancellation Policy - You must cancel 60 days prior to arrival to receive your deposit back. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your reservation date we will only refund your money for nights we are able to book with other people.
